Walking the Path of Yoga, Devotion & Presence.

My journey began with pain.
Yoga became the doorway. Breath became the medicine. These practices changed my life. I share them simply, with love.

A devotee sharing
what practice revealed.

Years ago I discovered yoga while searching for relief from chronic pain. A friend suggested it. I was skeptical. After one session, my pain eased. My mind grew quiet. Something shifted.

What began as a search for healing became a journey into meditation, mantra, devotion and conscious living. Today I share these practices – not as a teacher with answers, but as someone who found peace through sincere daily effort.

My path has been quietly shaped by the grace of Neem Karoli Baba. His teaching is simple: love everyone. Serve everyone. Remember God.

  • Healing begins with presence.
  • Practice matters more than perfection.
  • Devotion is stronger than ego.
  • Consistency transforms more than intensity.
  • Peace grows through service.
  • Stillness is never far away.

Simple practices.
A more peaceful life.

Everything I share – yoga, breathwork, mantra, kirtan, devotion, spiritual conversation – comes directly from my own practice. There is no performance here. Only an open invitation to explore a quieter, more present way of living.

You don't need to be spiritual. You don't need experience. You only need a sincere beginning.

Three ways in.

  • A quiet yoga practice
    Yoga

    Where healing begins.

Yoga is where my own journey started. Not with flexibility or advanced poses – simply with a desire to live without pain. These practices help you move more freely, breathe more deeply and feel more at home in your body.

    Explore the practice
  • A circle of people singing kirtan
    Kirtan

    Devotion through song.

Kirtan is shared devotion. A space where voices become one. Joy and prayer often arrive together. You don't need to be a musician. You only need to show up open-hearted.

    Listen together
  • A quiet moment of reflection
    Teachings

    Conversations, not instructions.

The reflections shared here come from practice, not theory. They are honest conversations about awareness, breath, service and what it means to live with a little more presence each day.

    Watch a conversation

A life changed by practice.

  1. 2016

    Life Before Yoga

I worked in construction – heavy lifting, long days, physical labor that pushed the body hard. Outside of work I was lifting weights intensely. Over time, chronic pain settled in: back, shoulders, knees. I thought it was just the cost of that life.

  2. The First Session

    A Friend's Suggestion

A friend suggested yoga – not for spirituality, simply for pain. I was skeptical. After one session, my pain eased and my mind grew quiet. I felt still for the first time in years.

  3. Day Eight

    Something Broke Open

On the eighth consecutive day of practice, I cried deeply. My thoughts became clear. It felt like my mind had been washed clean. The direction of my life quietly changed.

  4. The Path Deepens

    From Movement to Mantra

Yoga led to meditation. Meditation led to mantra. Mantra opened into devotion. Hours of chanting brought experiences of profound peace and unity – not as destinations, but as invitations to continue with humility.

  5. Today

    Sharing What Was Given

Today I share what practice has revealed – yoga, breathwork, mantra, kirtan, devotion and honest conversation – with one simple hope: that these practices may support your own journey toward peace.

“Love everyone. Serve everyone. Remember God.”

Much of my journey has been quietly shaped by Maharaj Ji's life and presence. He is not a theme on this website. He is the ground beneath everything I do.

His teachings were simple yet infinite. He did not lecture, write books, or build a formal organization. Instead, he met people exactly where they were, transforming their hearts through unconditional love and presence.

You don't need hours each day.

You only need a sincere beginning. Ten minutes of conscious breathing. A few moments of movement. A little stillness. Practiced consistently, these small moments quietly reshape an entire life.

Consistency matters more than intensity.
